Membership is a virtual online service provided on a prepaid basis. The membership fee is the price of the service you purchase, not a prepayment, deposit or down payment. Once activated, the membership is non-refundable and non-transferable, except where mandatory provisions of applicable laws apply, or where the service is materially defective and completely unusable. After cancellation, your membership benefits remain active until the end of the current billing cycle; remaining days are neither convertible to cash nor refundable.
